"To everything, turn turn turn. There is a season, turn turn turn..." This song by Bryds (that appeared in the show, Forrest Gump) reminds me of what Caleb is doing now. He turns at almost every chance he can get.
When he is tired and I put him to sleep on the bed FACE UP, after 5 mins, when I go back to the room to check on him. He would be in this position...FACING DOWN.
He also tries to turn in his pram or on his car seat. Can you beat that? He is really unbelievable! And when he realise he cant do it in his pram or car seat, he will start crying. Sigh..
Another incident when it happens is while feeding him. Because Caleb has a strange habit of eating while lying down on the bed or in his pram, I have to always lay him down to eat. But eversince he has learnt how to turn, there are times when he would turn while eating. So playful...I dunno whether to scold him or smile because of how interesting that action is.
Here is Caleb about to turn while eating..
And then,
And finally, he pushes the bottle away and prefers to play than to drink his milk..
That is my playful little boy for you.
So you think I should scold him or just laugh it off and think that it is cute for a baby his age to do such a thing? I dunno how long I should laugh it off because I know there will be a point when I have to teach him what is right and what is wrong; when is eating time and when is playing time etc etc...
When there will be a "season" to turn turn turn...

hehehe... take heart Dawn...it's just a passing phase... he's probably very excited about his new ability to turn... when Tim was caleb's age... he turn 360 degrees in bed every nite... so it's normal... laugh it off it'll make it easier for you to get over the passing phase.
