Here's the list of what he has had so far...
1) Mango
2) Apple
3) Pear
4) Banana (he loves)
5) Durian (he hates)
6) Kiwi
7) Passionfruit
8)Pink and white flesh dragonfruit
9)Watermelon (which according to the recent newspaper, is supposed to be a vegetable)
10)Honeydew
11)Rockmelon
12)Musk Melon
13)Hami Melon
14)Papaya
15)Grapes
16)Plum
The next fruits I would like him to try is all the different kinds of berries, cherries as well as Persimmon. Am sure he would love it!
All in all, he loves fruits..except durian which he kept pushing my mum's hand away whenever she fed him with durian. At least, he did try..
At 10 months, he has also ride on a tricycle, which my mum bought for her grandchildren to play at her place.
But of course, his legs are still too short to paddle though he loves the horn, which is sounded by squeezing the pirate!
During our recent visit to the library, he sat down quietly and started flipping through his book.
Recently, there was the World Cup Qualifiers Match- Singapore Vs Uzbekistan and boy, CT and I saw a different side of Caleb. When we shouted GOAL, he followed us, and screamed and lifted both his hands up as well! It was really funny because he kept doing that by even jumping on the sofa when we shouted, GOOOAL!
Only after that funny incident, then I decided to take a video of him but as usual, every time I start taking the video, he doesnt 'perform' up to standard anymore. So, anyway, here is the very very calm-down and watered down version of what I was talking about.
Another of his new found skill is clapping when we tell him to. We'll sing, " When you happy and you know it clap your hands..." And he will recognise it and start clapping.
And lastly, here is how he walks..which is really fast. He doesnt really seem to care if he would fall or not. He just bulldoze his way through.
