silly things

It has been difficult to place Caleb on the potty as he would resist and squirm his way out no matter how much we would force him to sit down. But one fine day, we found him sitting down on his own and using his legs to push himself. So he basically used his potty like a car, driving it around with his legs. Sigh...rebellious little boy who doesnt like to be forced.



As we start to pack bag for baby Danielle's arrival, I tried putting on booties and mittens on Caleb just to amuse myself as Caleb was looking at me as I pack the hospital bag for baby. And, he enjoyed wearing them as he clapped his hands with those mittens on.



He has also learnt to play his toys in the right way now that he has matured a little. So in this video, you can see him pulling his truck and taking it for a walk as we tied a string to it.



One of his favourite programmes, beside Mickey Mouse Clubhouse is Sesame Street! Here's Caleb enjoying himself as he watches it!



Caleb does have a serious side as well...which makes him stand out from the rest. Here's him watching the US election live on the computer as he hears Obama's opening speech!



Guess Obama is indeed a charismatic speaker and captivating one that he has Caleb glued to watching him speak with such enthu!



Another thing that Caleb did or rather, I did, was to let him try Janine's angel wings at mum's place. He looked really funny with it and the thing is that he enjoyed dressing up, just as I enjoyed dressing him up.
