More awake

Now that Danielle is over one month old, she has been sleeping more. When she was first born, I was so happy as she was asleep most of the time. But now that she is older by a month, she sleeps less and tend to look around and be stimulated by the surroundings and thus, she cannot sleep as easily as before. So getting her to sleep can be a challenge.

If she is awake and quiet, we can play with her. So these are the things we have been doing when she is awake.

CT also tries to make her sit upright.



We would also put her in her cot to see the moon and stars dangling right on top of her. She has already learnt to stare at them and follow the movements.



Right now when she is awake, she would usually be crying. So we do not have much play time with her. It's most peaceful when I just stare at her sleeping so nicely. Danielle loves to kick such that her body would move all the way up the bed till it reaches the boundary.
