After staying 2 nights in the hospital, I was finally discharged. Thank God Danielle could be discharged together with me, unlike Caleb who stayed one more day in hospital. The strange thing happened was that each time I bring back the baby from hospital, it would be rainy weather. I remembered last time when we brought Caleb home, it was raining and this time round, it also rained.
Dropped by at my mum's place to collect the confinement food first and then went to my mum-in-law's place to pick her up as she wanted to come to my house.
Compared to Caleb, Danielle is a more fair, so she gets very flushed easily. She is also a better drinker because she is heavier. Each time I breastfeed her, she seemed to want more. So I tried expressing my milk to see how much she takes and boy, she is already drinking 50ml to 60ml during her first few days. But because I did not have enough milk to give her since it takes time for me to produce more milk, I had to buy formula powder.
This time round, nobody really said who Danielle looks like. When Caleb was born, everyone was certain he looked like CT. But this time round, most cant tell though some still say she looks like CT.
What do you think?
Here's CT feeding Danielle at night while Caleb sits by.
By the way, this girl do not really like water. I remembered Caleb never did cry when we bathed him but Danielle was screaming her head off while we tried bathing her today. Guess she would grow out of it sooner or later and enjoy bath time.
