Swing adventure

This is the first time Caleb goes on to the single swing all by himself. Today, we went to Changi Beach in the evening just before dinner for him to see the aeroplanes as well as to have dinner at Changi Village.

Saw the swings and decided to let Caleb have a go with it. Initially, CT was holding him while he swings by himself. But after a while, we realised, he could actually hold it by himself. Wheee...he was staring at the older children playing with the swing beside him.

After walking further down, we then realised there was a swing meant for younger children. So we put him inside the swing which is more secured and pushed him real hard since he loves thrills!



He was the youngest one playing with the swings and I have to say, he was swinging higher than any of the children there. He really enjoyed himself as he kept smiling. The funny thing was that all those girl swinging beside him made so much noise as they were swinging but Caleb was so quiet and just smiling away as he swung higher.



After playing at the playground, we went to the waters to view the plane.





Then I noticed the weather looked kind of threatening. So suggested to CT that we should make our way back to the car. Just as we were about to reach the car, it was pouring so heavily. Glad we walked back in time.

Went to Changi Village for dinner. Ate beef hor fun with bittergourd which my friend once recommended while Vicky had crispy fried noodles pork ribs with bittergourd. I preferred the crispy fried noodles. It came in a huge plate for $3 plus. I would have shared with Vicky if I had known.





CT ordered fried hokkien mee and carrot cake. We also had fresh coconut juice and lime juice with jelly. And to end it off, we had goreng pisang which was awesome as they just fried it! On the way back, I bought fruits and roasted chestnuts! What an enjoyable time we had.
