From reading most of my posts in my blog, you can tell how much I love this place and the very reason that people do not like this place, is the very reason why I love it. I love that there isnt many people here. Anyway, there are great facilities and food a short drive away. So, its not a problem.
Now that Punggol is a hot property because of the recent plans they have to develop this area, many estate agents have been calling my house up as well as 'dumping' leaflets to ask us if we want to sell our place or not.
These are what we get at our doorstep on a DAILY basis.
The last time I went to my nearby Punggol Plaza, they even have agents standing at the entrance giving out leaflets asking whether we want to sell our flat.That is what the situation is right now in Punggol where everyone wants a piece of our unit.
Punggol is definitely a good estate for couples with young children. Where can you find a foodcourt where there is a children's play area? This is the play area for kids in the koufu foodcourt
And in the one and only mini 'shopping centre' in Punggol, there is even a spacious shop cathering to kids- haircut, bathing, massage, and swimming...

Right now, the valuation for our flat is almost 2x the price when we first bought it. I am pretty excited as 3 years time, the punggol beach will be developed and we can have great access to the nearby islands by road as well as a public golf course nearby.
Now, who in the right mind would sell their flat in Punggol?
