Today is my first time making spring rolls. I never knew it was so easy until I tried it today. I simply shredded the white radish and carrots. Fry with garlic and sliced dried mushrooms. Then add seasoning.
Then just start putting it on the skin, roll it up and fry it.
I didnt really deep fry it as I figured I would be wasting oil. So this was the amount I added which was good enough to make it crispy!
This goes very well with either plum sauce or if you like spice, you get the thai sweet chilli sauce. An easy-to-make snack for everyone!
I am sure all kids will enjoy this snack once in a while.
